This is on standard windows drivers. When manually installing ntrig drivers it doesn't work at all.

On my tx2 I can get single touch to work by uninstalling the N-Trig drivers I'm guessing it's using built-in Windows driversbut flicks don't work and there is no multi-touch. Try uninstalling the N-Trig drivers.
